• Standard Cable Trunking is machine formed, with inturned strengthening flanges and supplied in 3 metre lengths and stocked in all our depots. (other lengths available on request).
• The lid incorporates a quick action metal locking device operated by a slotted stud. The slot indicates the position of the locking bar. (Note: lid is secured using turnbuckle type fastener)
• Each length of Standard Trunking is supplied complete with lid, Coupling, Screws and Nuts.
• Bends, Elbows, Tees and Intersection Boxes are complete with integral couplings.
• Special fittings such as OffSets, Risers, Unequal Tees and Bends can be made to order.
• All dimensions relate to the inside measurements

• Standard Cable Trunking fittings can be used with Lighting Trunking, which enables the two types to be easily interconnected thus simplifying installation and wiring.

• Unitrunk's Uniklip System for Cable Tray includes light, medium and heavy duty profile with Klip perforations (also compatible with traditional means of install if required). Uniklip range is produced in pre-galvanised mild steel to BS EN 10346:2009.
• All our trays conform to BS 61537:2007 and tested in accordance with BS EN 61537. Earth continuity compliant in accordance with the requirements of BS EN 61537.
• All light duty tray lengths up to and including KLLD225T come complete with swaged end for ease of coupling and to eliminate the need for couplers. KLLD300T and above require the use of couplers. A range of gauges are available on request.
• Available finishes include: Pre-galvanised to BS EN 10346:2009 (standard references throughout brochure and website). Powder coated (prefix reference with PC).
• Cable tray advantages include wiring system design flexibility, simplicity, and lower installation cost

• Unitrunk Cable Tray Systems consist of light, medium and heavy duty pattern with standard perforations. The requirements of a cable tray finish can vary, depending upon the situation, from being purely cosmetic to being capable of providing protection in the most corrosive environments.
• Unitrunk Cable Tray is produced in pre-galvanised mild steel to BS EN 10346:2009 or galvanized in accordance with BS EN ISO1461. All our trays conform to BS 61537:2007.
• A wide range of materials and finishes are also available on request.
• All light duty tray lengths up to and including LD225T will be supplied with an inwards form on one end (to eliminate the need for couplers). LD300/T and above require the use of couplers. A range of gauges are available on request.

• The Speedway Cable Ladder System represents a major advance in cable ladder design, providing faster and easier installation, a unique coupler locking system and a comprehensive range of accessories.
• The Speedway Cable Ladder System is subject to Registered Design, Trade Mark and Patent considerations and conforms to BS EN 61537:2007.
• Speedway 4 (SW4) Medium Duty Cable Ladder is manufactured in 3.0m lengths as standard with 6.0m lengths to order. The cable ladder is available in standard widths of 150mm, 300mm, 450mm, 600mm, 750mm and 900mm, although other widths up to 1050mm are available to order. Rung spacing is 300mm as standard.
• Speedway 5 (SW5) Heavy Duty Cable Ladder is manufactured in 3.0m lengths as standard with 6.0m lengths supplied to order. The cable ladder is available in standard widths of 150mm, 300mm, 450mm, 600mm, 750mm, 900mm and 1050mm, although other widths up to 1500mm are available to order. Rung spacing is 300mm as standard.

Features & Benefits
• Unitrunk Intelok Channel is a strong, easy to erect support system, ideal for supporting cable trays, cable ladders, pipes and ducting and is adaptable for use in many other applications. The flanges on Intelok channel are serrated to give improved slip resistance over that of conventional 'strut' systems, particularly when Intelok channel nuts are used.
• Intelok channels are made in deep, shallow and multiple combination profiles. Standard lengths are either 3 or 6 metres, with other lengths available to order. When used with our extensive range of brackets, an infinite variety of frameworks and structures can be created. Intelok channels conform to BS6946.
